The Energy Performance Program (EPP) is a pay-for-performance initiative that helps Ontario’s commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities achieve measurable energy savings and lower operating costs. Administered by the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) and delivered by Enerva, EPP rewards both operational and capital improvements through incentives based on actual reductions from a baseline. With advanced analytics, user-friendly tools, and targeted support, EPP empowers organizations to optimize consumption, reduce emissions, and attain lasting efficiency gains.

Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP)

The Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP) provides Edmonton property owners with up to 100% financing for energy-efficient upgrades, repaid conveniently through property taxes over terms of up to 20 years. Administered by Alberta Municipalities and delivered by the City of Edmonton, CEIP reduces upfront costs, lowers emissions, and boosts property values—while optional coaching services guide participants through every step of the retrofit process.
